Recruit UK are delighted to be working with a boutique wealth management firm based in Torquay, known for delivering a highly personal and tailored service to its long-standing client base. The business is now seeking a skilled and motivated Paraplanner to join their close-knit team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paraplanner who is looking to take on a varied and meaningful role supporting a firm with a strong reputation and a loyal portfolio of clients. • Provide paraplanning support for an existing client bank
• Prepare reports and recommendations
• Stay up to date with compliance and regulatory changes
• Produce accurate research, illustrations, and supporting documentation
• Maintain strong records and ensure all advice complies with internal and regulatory standards
• Collaborate effectively with advisers and support staff to deliver excellent client outcomes

• Experience in a paraplanning role within a financial planning or wealth management environment
• Ideally diploma qualified (or working towards)
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage your workload independently and work well as part of a team
• Proactive approach and willingness to continue developing your technical knowledge
• Salary between £30,000 and £55,000 depending on experience
• Private Medical Insurance (PMI)

• 20 days annual leave + bank holiday (increasing with service)
