Responsibilities- Managing a patch of general needs properties across Devon
- Supporting residents with tenancy issues, including low level ASB and safeguarding concerns
- Carrying out estate inspections and tenancy audits
- Working closely with external agencies, contractors, and internal teams to resolve problems
- Promoting tenancy sustainment and resident engagement
