About the Role
You'll be advising a diverse client base on a wide spectrum of commercial matters, including:

• Corporate transactions and business sales/purchases
• Commercial contracts and business structuring
• Banking and finance arrangements
• Planning, licensing, and regulatory compliance
• Employment law and related advisory work

Candidate Requirements
Applications welcome from Solicitors or Legal Executives with:

• 1-5+ years' post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law
• A strong technical background and sound commercial judgment
