Peripatetic Manager – Children's Residential
Torquay and Paignton area
Up to £60,000 plus £10,000 in bonuses

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Passionate about making the difference to the lives of young people in care.
  • Relevant

    Experience:

    At least 2 years in a position related to residential care of children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
  • Qualifications:

    Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
  • Knowledge:
    Understanding of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Skills:

    Efficient in planning, organising, budget control, resource allocation, and team leadership.
  • Communication:
    Confidence in effective spoken and written communication.
  • Understanding Trauma:
    Knowledge of the needs of children with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties, including managing challenging behaviour.
  • Driving License:
    Full UK required.
