Ella Rowcroft ward & HCU at Torbay Hospital is currently looking to appoint a Band 5 – Registered Nurse. We are looking for a caring and motivated individual to join our multidisciplinary team. You will need to show commitment, have good communication skills and be an organised individual with a passion to care for people.

• You will be a registered nurse and will be looking to work on the ward, caring for pre & postoperative elective joint replacement patients and care for orthopaedic day surgery patients.
• Training will be given to support you in this role. As part of the role you will be expected to support Student Nurses and TAPS through their placement.
• Due to elective work restarting and we are seeing larger numbers of patients discharged home.
• We are actively supporting enhanced recovery and nurse led discharge for elective joint replacements. A part of the role will be education pre & post operatively.

Torbay Hospital is ideally situated by the coast and not far from Dartmoor and Exmoor. Exeter and Plymouth cities are both easily reached for shopping trips and exploring. This is an exciting opportunity to come and work with us.
