UX/UI Designer

Strategic Advisory Group is looking for a storyteller-designer — an UX/UI Designer who can carry an idea from napkin to launch. At Strategic Advisory Group the $52,000 - $72,000 matters, sure, but so does owning the creative outcome with 4 years of Storyboarding behind it.

• Argue palette and type with the same evidence you'd bring to a Typography review
• Audit existing creative for the fun-loving inconsistencies nobody flagged sooner
• Prototype interface ideas fast enough to kill the weak ones cheaply
• Choreograph the handoff so nothing wildly-collaborative gets lost between studio and dev
• Maintain organized source files, asset libraries, and version histories
• Fold accessibility into the first sketch, not the final QA pass

• A wildly-collaborative bias toward action, balanced by knowing when to wait
• Comfort with a Strategic Advisory Group pace that rarely sits still
• The kind of attention to detail that catches what spell-check misses
• Comfort being the newest person in the room and the loudest in the notes
• A growth mindset and openness to constructive feedback
• A keen eye for quality and consistency in your output

Strategic Advisory Group began as a side project in Cheyenne and grew into the flat-and-fast platform thousands of creative users now rely on. We reward the teammate who unblocks three colleagues over the one who quietly hero-codes alone.

Secure $52,000 - $72,000, flexible remote options, equity, and a mentorship program designed to help you reach the next mid-level.
