Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday

As Finance Manager, you’ll lead financial planning, compliance, and reporting while championing process improvements and cost efficiencies. You’ll mentor a small team and work closely with senior stakeholders to shape business performance.

• Leading monthly period-end processes and delivering accurate, insightful reporting
• Driving annual budgeting and forecasting
• Managing cash flow and day-to-day transactional finance functions
• Ensuring compliance with VAT, CIS, and PSA legislation and overseeing statutory audits
• Producing annual statutory accounts and managing credit control
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Building strong relationships across the business and mentoring the Finance Assistant

• Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years’ experience
• Previous experience managing a small team
• Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance processes
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and confident in explaining financial information to non-financial colleagues
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach
