We are partnering with a fast‑growing organic food business in Devon to recruit an experienced Technical Manager to join their friendly, expanding team.

This is a hands‑on role for a proactive professional who can lead BRC and customer audits, manage the HACCP team, and oversee quality systems across the business. You will be the go‑to person for technical enquiries, customer complaints, product specifications, and compliance with food safety standards.

• Lead BRC audits, customer audits, and HACCP teams
• Handle technical queries, root cause analysis, and non‑conformance reports
• Maintain product specifications and packaging compliance including ingredients, allergens, and nutritional information
• Ensure compliance with microbiological standards and food safety regulations

• Level 4 Food Safety for Manufacturing and Level 3 or higher HACCP, with auditing qualifications desirable
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and microbiological standards
• Excellent organizational, communication, and IT skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and a good sense of humour

• Experience in organic food manufacturing and BRC or Soil Association accreditation
