Job Overview
Location:
Totnes, Devon (and local districts).
Salary: £24,413 pa pro rata.
Contract:
6‑month fixed term, part‑time 0.5
FTE (18 hrs/week).
Closing date:
Sunday 15 February 2026.
- Assist with a broad range of community activities for local audiences, communities, and the general public.
- Support the Life on the Edge Project’s Nature Connections program and collaborate with partner delivery teams.
- Participate in events across the South Devon Coast, contributing to nature conservation and community engagement.
- Adapt to a flexible working schedule to meet event demands.
- Entry‑level; no prior paid experience in nature conservation or community outreach required.
- Applicants must be over 18 years old.
- Strong interest in the natural world, learning about conservation, and engaging people.
- Ability to work flexibly and collaborate across diverse groups.
