About the Role

LLoyd & Whyte, part of Benefact Group, seeks a Commercial Account Executive to join the Nature save team in Totnes. Nature save is an award‑winning insurance broker with over 30 years of experience in ethical and sustainable personal and commercial insurance. The role focuses on delivering sales income targets through effective sales and relationship management, conducting client review meetings to maximise business opportunities and support the business strategy.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Identify new prospects, decision makers, and tender dates; proactively manage outbound calling and run individual national and regional campaigns.
  • Handle and re‑organise new leads and client meetings.
  • Provide professional support and advice to customers through reviews, ensuring high service levels and exceeding expectations to maximise cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Focus on relationship management with existing key clients through review meetings and other communication.
  • Manage time and resources SMARTly to maximise visits to all relevant clients cost‑effectively, including mid‑term meetings.

  • Confident communication, relationship management, and rapport building face‑to‑face.
  • Tenacious, positive, and pro‑active approach to challenges and opportunities.
  • Motivated, deadline‑driven, and enthusiastic in meeting and exceeding targets.

  • Ability to work in a regulated, compliant, client‑focused environment.

  • Hold or be willing to work towards a Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance.
