Devon's Children & Families Service is seeking skilled and motivated Experienced Social Workers to join our South & West and North & Mid teams. You'll work in a supportive, forward-thinking environment where you can make a lasting impact—supporting children in need, safeguarding those at risk, and building brighter futures for families.

• Deliver high-quality assessments and interventions for children and families.
• Manage a varied caseload within a supportive, restorative practice framework.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, carers, and professionals.
• Work collaboratively with partners across education, health, and police to achieve positive outcomes.
• Contribute to service development and model best practice.

• Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
• Completion of your ASYE and post-qualification experience in children's services.
• Strong understanding of the Children Act 1989, safeguarding procedures, and care planning.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
