TRACTOR DRIVERS – Totnes, Devon

Our well-known client is seeking several Tractor Drivers to undertake grass cutting, flail work, verge ploughing, and other tasks. You will be expected to be able to operate a modern tractor to perform varied tasks, including grass cutting, hedge cutting, some verge ploughing, and muck away.

This role is a Temp to Perm position for the right candidate.

• Operate a modern tractor to perform varied tasks, including grass cutting and hedge cutting.
• Carry out flail work, verge ploughing, and muck away as required.
• Read plans and work with a flexible approach to work patterns, including possible night and early morning shifts.

• Experienced Tractor driver
• Experience in Hedge Trimming and Verge cutting
• CSCS / CPCS / Lantra Card would be preferred
• Driving License

The successful candidate must be a good communicator, able to work alone and use their own initiative, and have tractor driving experience.

• £14 per hour
• Day / Night shifts available – with enhancement of night pay.
• These will be PAYE positions so you will benefit from.
• Accrued Holiday Pay from day one.
• Pension contributions (after a qualifying period).
• Weekly Pay.
• No Umbrella payments or fees.
• Only Tax and National Insurance deductions will be shown on your payslip.

This is a temporary role, but there is an opportunity for this to become permanent in the future.
