EMEA Pricing Administrator
Location: Southampton, office based
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:30pm
Salary: £29,700 per annum

Purpose of the job:
Processing and maintaining pricing in Oracle and liaising with pricing teams to include the Dealer Resource Centre (DRC) application, Website and local offices. Also responsible for applying consistent solutions to the structural set ups of Pricing within Oracle for European offices.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Receive and review pricing forms to verify completeness and accuracy of data and ensure relevant approval is attached.
- Responsible for accurately entering pricing into Oracle.
- Liaison with Web and DRC teams to ensure accurate pricing across platforms.
- Liaison with document originators and management.
- Electronically route forms to ensure timely approval.
- Assist in any improvements and/or implementations to advance pricing configurations.
- Assist users with solutions to resolve price discrepancies.
- Notify internal customers of pricing structure changes.
- Provide support in the creation, maintenance and upload of files related to list and customer pricing.
- Follow written and verbal procedures to maintain pricing information integrity for processes such as quotations, order entry, pricing verification and quality improvement opportunities.
- Manage electronic and manual filing of pricing forms as well as maintaining published log on Sharepoint for all users.
- Function under specific time constraints to meet customer commitments while not sacrificing quality output.
- Safeguard the security and accuracy of pricing information.
- Work closely with team members in order to timely and efficiently generate case by case pricing solutions.
- Assist EMEA Sales Admin team with maintaining and distributing price lists.
- Experience with Oracle applications.
- Garmin product knowledge (preferred)
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
