DescriptionAre you ready to design assets for one of the most iconic sporting venues in the world? Silverstone, the home of British motor sport, is seeking an ambitious and creative Junior Designer.
Reporting directly to the Senior Content Manager, this role offers you the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, helping maintain Silverstone’s status as a global leader in motor sport and leisure by producing design assets of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities- Respond to a variety of briefs to create design assets for all Silverstone products – from F1 to Escapade – including email, social media, websites, brochures, signage, and in‑circuit displays.
- Ensure all design content adheres to Silverstone’s brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team, external agencies, and freelancers to ensure the production of high‑quality design assets.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and excellent output.
- Stay informed on design trends and tools, and keep the wider marketing team up to date.
- Assist in preparing design concepts, mood boards, and drafts for Silverstone products.
- Respond creatively to design briefs, ensuring Silverstone’s creative work stands out within the industry.
- Effectively manage your time, ensuring design briefs are addressed promptly and deadlines are consistently met.
- A keen eye for industry trends and innovations.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Self‑motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A positive, energetic attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills.
