Laser Part Marker
We are seeking a detail-oriented Laser Part Marker to join a high-performance motor sport environment. This role involves the accurate marking and engraving of components using advanced laser technology to ensure full traceability and compliance for precision-engineered parts. You will work closely with the machine shop team to maintain workflow efficiency and uphold the highest quality standards.
Role Responsibilities
Set up and operate Keyence laser marking equipment for component identification and traceability.
Ensure all markings meet required specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support an efficient workflow.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser marking equipment.
Document marking processes and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Conduct detailed inspections of incoming goods to verify compliance with specifications through both visual checks and documentation review.
Use measurement tools and equipment to validate incoming components against defined criteria.
Record inspection results and log discrepancies or non-conformances in line with the QRS system.
Assist in the development and implementation of procedures for incoming material inspection.
What You Will Bring
Proven experience operating laser marking equipment—Keyence experience preferred—within a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.
Understanding of different marking technologies and their applications.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic maintenance capability for Keyence laser marking systems
