• Guest Relations:
  Recognise repeat guests and provide personalized experiences.
• Guest Assistance:
  Greet guests, provide menu recommendations, take orders, relay to kitchen and bar, deliver promptly.
• Attention to Detail:
  Verify orders, ensure food safety and allergen procedures.
• Coffee & Tea Preparation:
  Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold brew, artisanal teas; craft latte art.
• Bar Preparation:
  Restock supplies, maintain cleanliness, assist colleagues.
• Table Preparation:
  Set up dining tables, clear dishes, reset for guests.
• Bar Maintenance:
  Prepare beverages, maintain equipment, inventory management.
• Billing & Payment:
  Process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Menu Knowledge:
  Stay informed about menu, specials, beverage offerings.

  Support team, maintain smooth bar operation, support training of staff.
• Hygiene & Safety:
  Report safety concerns, enforce safety measures, adhere to sanitation regulations.
