You'll play a key role in supporting existing customers, driving engagement, and helping customers maximise the value of cutting-edge technology in real-world environments.
As a Customer Account Manager, you will sit at the heart of the customer journey. You'll take ownership of existing contacts, coordinate demonstrations and event activity, and act as the main link between customers and the wider commercial team.
Your responsibilities as a Customer Account Manager:
Act as the primary point of contact for existing contacts, maintaining regular engagement.
Build and nurture long-term relationships to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Coordinate customer showcases, demo days, information releases, and events.
Support trial deployments and live demonstrations of autonomous robotics solutions.
Assist with customer communications, follow-ups, and account administration.
Maintain accurate CRM records and capture customer feedback and insights. Your current experience which will help you as a Customer Account Manager:
Genuine interest in engineering, robotics, agri-tech, or emerging technologies.
Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to non-technical customers.
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with customers at all levels.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple activities and events.
Proactive mindset with strong people skills and attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
What you can expect as a Customer Account Manager:
Up to £40,000 salary (pro-rata).
3 months fixed term contract.
Potential for extension due to requirements.
