Tuesday Friday 7:00 17:00 (occasional early finish), 45mins lunch break Uplifted hourly rates:
Saturdays and overtime paid over 37hrs/week at x1.5 rate Sundays and Bank Holidays at x2 rate Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council for Refuse Loaders to join their busy team within Waste services . Your main duties will include:
Refuse/recycling collection from all properties listed on route including wheeled bins, bulk containers, sacks and bulky items Manual handling, street cleaning, clearing of fly tipping, manoeuvring wheeled bins between storage points and vehicles Using the lifting mechanism on the vehicle You must maintain a good service to the public at all times, this would include keeping noise to minimum, avoiding damage to property and injury to persons, closing gates when leaving, avoiding or picking up any spillage on premises or in the road.
