The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards, policies, and best practices. The role requires effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize health outcomes.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to established protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team promptly.
• Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and healthy lifestyles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Mentor and support junior nursing staff and students when required.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on nursing practices.

• Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred;
  Diploma in Nursing acceptable.
• Proven clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
