TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking for a Domestic Energy Assessor to cover surveys in Tredegar.
Your responsibilities will include:- Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
- Applying the HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) to identify health and safety risks at each location
- Conducting Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings
- Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components, such as kitchens and bathrooms etc.
- Booked appointments ( 4 to 5 a day)
- EPC only
- Lodgement is not covered by the client
- Outside IR35
- Familiarity with the HHSRS system
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets)
- Experience in carrying out EPC
- Accreditation with Elmhurst.
