Come Airbus Helicopters Italia siamo all’avanguardia nella manutenzione di base e di linea degli elicotteri. Siamo un Centro di Addestramento Airbus Helicopter e Safran H.E, dotati di una struttura CAMO che ci permette di garantire ai clienti la continua navigabilità dei loro mezzi. Grazie alla nostra Design Organization, ci occupiamo anche della loro personalizzazione.

As Airbus Helicopters Italia, we are at the forefront of helicopter base and line maintenance. We are an Airbus Helicopters and Safran H.E. Training Centre, equipped with a CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization) structure that allows us to guarantee our customers the continuing airworthiness of their aircraft. Thanks to our Design Organization, we also handle their customization.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive resource to join our Logistics team. The ideal candidate does not necessarily have specific experience in the sector but possesses excellent language skills and a strong ability to manage deadlines and pressure, which is essential in a high-operational environment. We seek someone who can be the efficient point of contact between the company, customers, and suppliers.

Di cosa ti occuperai:
Il Logistic Specialist sarà il punto di riferimento chiave per la gestione completa del flusso logistico, assicurando la corretta esecuzione di tutte le procedure operative e documentali. Il ruolo prevede una costante interazione con clienti, fornitori e reparti interni, garantendo l'efficienza e la conformità in ogni fase.

Le responsabilità includono:

Fornire e aggiornare le date di spedizione al cliente, assicurandone il mantenimento.

Garantire la correttezza dei documenti di spedizione, verificando anche il fido concesso.

Emettere i documenti di autorizzazione al reso e le fatture differite verso i clienti.

Assicurare che le fatture del ciclo passivo e i documenti siano conformi e dovuti.

Gestire il fornitore aeronautico (incluso screening come da procedura AIRBUS) per le necessità relative agli ordini.

Negoziare le date di messa a disposizione e segnalare item critici al fornitore per anticipare problemi.

Contattare e identificare nuovi fornitori, adoperandosi per stabilire collaborazioni operative nel tempo.

What You Will Be Responsible For
The Logistic Specialist will be the key reference point for the complete management of the logistics flow, ensuring the correct execution of all operational and documentation procedures. The role involves constant interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, guaranteeing efficiency and compliance at every stage.

The responsibilities include:

Providing and updating shipping dates to the customer, ensuring they are maintained.

Ensuring the correctness of shipping documents, also verifying the credit line granted.

Issuing return authorization documents and deferred invoices to customers.

Ensuring that passive cycle invoices and documents are compliant and due.

Managing the aeronautical supplier (including screening as per AIRBUS procedure) for order-related needs.

Negotiating ready dates and reporting critical items to the supplier to anticipate problems.

Contacting and identifying new suppliers, working to establish operational collaborations over time.

Come convincerci

Titolo di Studio:
Laurea in discipline linguistiche od economiche. Il possesso di un diploma tecnico (es. perito meccanico, geometra, elettronico o equipollente) costituisce un canale preferenziale e un forte vantaggio, anche se non accompagnato da laurea.

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (richiesto livello avanzato) e di un’altra lingua tra francese e tedesco.

Costituisce titolo preferenziale l’aver maturato una pregressa esperienza lavorativa in ruoli di front-office, customer service, call center.

Strumenti:
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel).
