Site Engineer – Piling

Salary: £26k -£28k
Location: Trowbridge
Regions: London, South East, Surrey
A specialist Civil Piling Contractor with a £200 million yearly turnover are seeking a Site Engineer to assist in the day to day running of the South West piling department including; design, estimating, planning, procurement, client liaison, assisting in day to day technical issues. Such duties will be reviewed and increased, over time, in line with the candidate’s natural development and career progression.
Responsibilities- Pile Design
- Estimating
- Reviewing enquiries and printing documents
- Carrying out site visits
- Liaison with clients
- Attending meetings with clients
- Preparation of designs for construction issue
- Ensure compliance with QA procedures, Health & Safety, and statutory requirements
- Liaison with other members of staff and departments
- Handover of projects and assisting the operation team
- Assistance with restricted access projects
