Salary – £50k -£55k

Location – Trowbridge – Hybrid Working (2 days per week on site)

Our client is on an exciting journey to embed data at the heart of strategy and the data analytics team is leading the journey. Reporting to the Vice President of Data & Analytics, they are seeking an Analytics Manager, to join the leadership team. In this role, you will oversee forensic analytics for the UK and North America, managing one other analyst.

Your primary objective will be to extract value from data across our client’s B2C and B2B operations in the UK, Ireland, and North America.

• Implement insightful segmentation strategies aimed at boosting consumption and expanding the customer base for UK and North America.
• Manage and analyse marketing campaign performance across UK, US, and Canada and generate quarterly acquisition forecasts and collaborate with the Lead Data Scientist to allocate marketing budgets effectively.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders in marketing, sales, operations, and category management to interpret trends and deliver timely consumer insights.
• Deliver strategic insights to senior management to inform decision making and promote data centric approaches.

• Strong SQL background and relevant programming languages like R and Python
• 3+ years experience in marketing /forensic analytics
• Strong understanding of the statistical and mathematical methodologies, along with practical experience in leveraging predictive analytics and AI methodologies and tools.
• A degree in data analytics/ computer science/ STEM subject.
• Possess exceptional storytelling abilities and have the confidence to effectively communicate with senior management.
• Strong desire to understand the business and a proactive approach to seeking out on new prospects through cross functional collaboration.
