Frontline’s Approach Social Work in Swindon offers a three-year training programme where you work with children and families while you study for a master’s degree. The programme covers all training costs, with a tax-exempt bursary of £18,000 in year one (£20,000 in London).
In years two and three, you’ll earn between £30,000–£39,000 and £35,000–£44,000 respectively. You’ll be supported from day one by tutors and experienced social workers, and gain access to a peer network with long-term career
