Description
TYPICAL DUTIES:- Monitor and manage plastic resin material flow on the dryer floor
- Load, unload, and transfer materials to and from dryers and production areas
- Assist with startup, shutdown and routine operation of drying equipment
- Check material labels and ensure correct material handling procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dryer floor and surrounding areas
- Identify and report equipment issues, material shortages or quality concerns
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout requirements
- Assist with housekeeping, spill cleanup and waste removal
- Work closely with production, maintenance and quality teams to support operations
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Able to work in various work environments (inside/outside)
- Proper use of various equipment and job-related tools
- Prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing or kneeling
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
