You will shape and manage a strategic network of referring sites to support recruitment across Sano’s portfolio, building lasting relationships with site teams and driving day-to-day engagement operations.
You will focus on identifying high-value sites, turning referrals into long-term partnerships, and driving improvements in recruitment performance
