We’re hiring an in-house Brand Lead to serve as the custodian of brand architecture, narrative, and voice for a growing, global ecosystem.
This is an early-phase, founder-led startup with global impact. The role will grow in depth, scope, and influence alongside the ecosystem. It is not a marketing execution role or an agency‑style position.

Each brand has its own expression, but all sit within a single brand architecture, inspired by ancient Egyptian culture, symbolism, and philosophy—interpreted for a modern, global audience.
You don’t need academic credentials, but you must have genuine respect, curiosity, and adoration for this lineage.
As Brand Lead, you are the custodian of the brand narrative and voice across the entire ecosystem. You design, protect, and evolve the brand architecture so that every expression—present and future—feels coherent, intentional, and aligned with the core philosophy while remaining adaptable for global reach.
You work closely with the Founder and guide creatives, agencies, and partners—without being pulled into operations, admin, HR, or clinic management.
Key Responsibilities- Own and evolve the brand architecture for global impact
- Hold and protect the core narrative, voice, and worldview
- Ensure consistency of tone, language, and positioning across all brands
- Act as final brand authority for anything public‑facing
- Lead campaign concepts and launches from a narrative perspective
- Oversee and coordinate PR and media positioning
- Ensure paid ads align with brand voice and meaning
- Guide content direction across platforms (editorial oversight, not posting)
- Support early‑stage media network narrative and positioning
- A senior brand thinker with a deep sense for narrative and symbolism
- Comfortable designing and holding multi‑brand architecture
- Calm, sovereign, and self‑directed
- Excited by early‑stage environments and long‑term vision
- Values depth, integrity, and cultural impact over short‑term wins
- Able to steward a brand voice that carries spiritual, cultural, and commercial weight
Fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the world. Outcome‑focused, trust‑based working style with close collaboration with the Founder.
Compensation£40,000 per year. In‑house employed role in an early‑stage startup environment. Role and compensation are expected to grow with the ecosystem.
