We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker to lead the FREED Pathway within the Adult Eating Disorder Service. The role will manage a multidisciplinary team, deliver evidence‑based assessments and interventions, and supervise junior staff. This is a fixed‑term contract to support the evolving needs of our service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a multidisciplinary team using a whole‑team approach to deliver evidence‑based assessments and interventions that promote engagement and recovery.
- Share in the clinical management of a defined caseload, ensuring service users receive focused, coordinated packages of care tailored to their needs.
- Develop strong interfaces with other services and agencies, fostering collaborative working to enhance outcomes.
- Supervise and support junior team members in line with Trust policy, promoting professional development and high standards of care.
- Work flexibly across Cornwall.
- Current professional registration: NMC or HCPC.
- Professional qualification (RMN, RNLD, RNC, OT, PT, SLT).
- Post‑qualification experience within Mental Health and Eating Disorders.
- Masters level qualification or relevant equivalent experience.
- Excellent teaching, training, and preceptorship skills.
- Ability to teach and train others, using complex multi‑media materials for professional and academic settings.
- Good keyboard skills and adequate computer literacy.
- Experience working with individuals with eating disorders.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to recovery‑focused, person‑centred care.
