Dual Workforce Efficiencies Lead

The Cornwall system has recognised the need to establish a substantive Dual Workforce Efficiencies team to support both CFT and RCHT with current and future workforce challenges.

Workforce Efficiencies is a service area within the HR & OD function of Cornwall Foundation Trust (CFT) and the POD function of Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust (RCHT). It is a dually contracted team dedicated to driving workforce efficiencies and innovative solutions across the health and care community in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

The Dual Workforce Efficiencies Lead will be responsible for the operational running and delivery of work streams within workforce efficiencies. This includes providing leadership and management of the work, team, processes & policies, systems, associated SLAs & KPIs, and the delivery of identified schemes, savings, and agreed financial targets linked to improvement plans. The role focuses on cost reduction, productivity gains, and quality improvement across Trusts and the wider health and care system.
