We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our busy fracture clinic at Royal Cornwall Hospital. The clinic deals with a large range of patients with broken bones or post‑op care, and an interest in wound care would be an advantage.

• Provide a high standard of compassionate, patient‑centred care.
• Lead and supervise the work of other qualified and unqualified staff within the team.
• Communicate effectively at all levels within the multi‑disciplinary team.
• Take charge of the clinic in the absence of senior nursing staff, as deemed appropriate by the Clinic Sister/Charge Nurse or Clinical Matron.
• Work independently and as part of a team, developing skills and supporting others.

• Monday 08:30 – 18:30
• Tuesday – Friday 08:30 – 16:30
• Some weekend work 07:00 – 14:00

• Registered Nurse qualification.
• Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of clinical standards.
• Ability to work on own initiative and be an excellent team player.
• Proactive learner motivated to develop the highest standards of care and continuous improvement.
• Successful completion of Identity Checks, Professional registration and qualification checks, Employment history and reference checks, Occupational Health clearance, Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service check, and Right to work in the UK.
