Our Supervisors play a key role in delivering amazing customer service and product knowledge. They act as role models, achieve sales targets, coach new team members, and embody the H.Samuel brand.

• Retail or customer‑service experience with a strong sales instinct.
• Excellent communication skills, confidence and an outgoing personality.
• Ambition and a desire to develop into a management role.

• Lead by example in customer service, sales and product knowledge.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Coach and mentor new staff, helping them develop product expertise and retail skills.
