Target Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 Base

- Play a key role in an ERP transformation, reporting enhancements, and process improvement initiatives
- Partner directly with executive leadership while helping shape the future finance organization

- Opportunity to modernize budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes while driving operational excellence
- Oversee financial operations for multiple manufacturing facilities, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close
- Lead and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals across plant and corporate functions
- Support ERP implementation efforts and improve financial reporting capabilities
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the business
- Partner with operations and senior leadership to improve decision-making and business performance
- Manufacturing finance leadership experience required
- Multi-site operational finance experience within a complex manufacturing environment
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and team leadership
- CPA and/or MBA preferred; combination of public accounting and industry experience is highly valued
