Seeking an experienced Technical Trainer & Instructional Designer todevelop and deliver technical training programs for Product Development and pathology laboratory teams. This individual will translate complex scientific concepts, tissue-based assays, and laboratory procedures into engaging training materials and hands-on learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical training programs, e-learning modules, SOPs, lab guides, andquick-reference materials using instructional design methodologies such asADDIE.
• Translate complex pathology lab workflows, tissue-based assays, and diagnostic instrumentation procedures into easy-to-understand training content.
• Deliver technical onboarding, classroom training, hands-on laboratory coaching, and virtual workshops.
• Conduct training needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs and department managers to identify skill gaps.
• Manage LMStraining content, completion tracking, and competency assessments.
• Maintain andupdate training documentation in accordance with quality and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience designing and delivering technical training to adult learners.
• Experience with pathology labs, tissue-based assays, diagnostic instruments, or laboratory workflows.
• Strong presentation, communication, content development, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Life sciences,biotechnology, pathology, or diagnostic laboratory experience.
