Kadant Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer at our Tupelo, Mississippi facility to drive process improvements and support metal fabrication operations. The role focuses on Lean initiatives, waste reduction, and cost-effective design for manufacturability.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 5+ years of technical manufacturing experience, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred. Proficiency in Solid Works or AutoCAD and MS Office is expected.
