We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e-mai/l / phone calls.

Location:

Lisbon, Portugal

Work model:  On‑site (Must be in Portugal or relocate)

Relocation Support offered for international candidates*:

Relocation assistance (flight reimbursement)

Option to have accommodation included for cheap

May also include between €1,000 and €2,000 signing bonus (depending on project and starting date)

Requirements:

Italian C2 level

English B2 level

Customer‑Centric or Sales Attitude

Excellent communication skills

Problem‑solving abilities

Adaptability: comfortable with multitasking in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment

Basic computer skills
