Responsabilità e requisiti
Fornire assistenza telefonica e via mail ad aziende clienti esteri
Presa in carico del ticket e risoluzione delle problematiche
Diploma di maturità e/o Laurea in Lingue
Disponibilità a lavorare su turni (possibilità di svolgere il turno notturno e i festivi in smart working)
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, inglese e spagnola (verranno presi in considerazione esclusivamente candidati rispondenti ai seguenti requisiti)
Indispensabile possesso di auto propria (zona NON raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici)
Si offre inserimento a tempo determinato di 1 anno con scopo di assunzione a tempo indeterminato. RAL tra i 20k e i 24k.
Orario di lavoro: full time dal lunedì alla domenica su turni.
