RAMS Engineer

Mission:
As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in IT, Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant) and Energy, we are looking for a  RAMS Engineer - Aerospace sector  to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects.

What is the challenge?

Reliability Analysis :
develop reliability models for systems and subsystems, applying methodologies such as FMEA/FMECA and FTA to identify critical issues and optimize design.
Availability and Maintainability Analysis : performing availability and maintainability analysis to ensure that customer requirements are met;
Safety Analysis : estimate all the risks present and evaluate them in order to make them acceptable;
Technical Documentation Support : draft and update technical documentation, maintenance manuals, and reliability reports to ensure traceability and compliance with RAM requirements;
RAM Requirements Management : work closely with the requirements management team to ensure that all RAM specifications are integrated into the product development cycle.

Technical skills:
Knowledge and experience of System Safety and Safety Assessment;
Knowledge of FTA development software;
Knowledge of avionics systems, general systems, propulsion systems and structural analyses;
Knowledge of RAMS methodologies;
Knowledge of LCC, FMECA and Hazard Analysis;
Experience in maintenance task requirements;
Fluent in English and Italian
