Job Description We are looking for one Technical Coordinator to join our team and support an important Client. The Technical Coordinator is the technical contact in his/her country for the regional Aftersales Department (SSDS) in respect of incidentology, and reports to the Services and Parts Manager or the Technical Manager in the subsidiary/importer’s Services and Parts entity.
Deliverables Monitor and coordinate quantity, quality and responsiveness of information feedback from the network to the subsidiary or importer: DID.
Coordinate Swift Dealers with regard to DID feedback, enabling a better understanding of incidents with an impact currently being analyzed.
Filter, analyze and ensure the quality of DID.
Filter, analyze and ensure the quality and translation of safety (DID-S) from his/her country’s network before validation and transmission to quality Control Tower department
