Customer JD:
Support user onboarding by preparing laptops for deployment, managing onsite spare devices, and issuing equipment to users on an on-demand basis.
Hardware requests, returns, and device setup
Workstation maintenance
Basic LAN/WLAN support – This is needed in the first few weeks of onboarding; this will also happen in phases.
Hardware inventory and documentation
Local coordination with vendors
Local laptop and end-user issues
