Quality Manager

Our Client Company is an industry of excellence, specializing in precision mechanical machining for the automotive and other industrial sectors. For an increase in the plant staff in the province of Turin, we were commissioned to select the
Quality Manager  The resource, oversee and continuously improve the Company Quality Management System and will have to work with a very operational and pragmatic approach and attitude, collaborating daily with all company entities and spending a lot of time in production and in the Workshop.

Key Responsibilities   Manage, update, and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
Lead the quality team and supervise incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities
Prepare and maintain quality documentation (Control Plans, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.)
Handle internal and external audits, non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate with the technical office and production department for process improvement initiatives
Analyze customer complaints and lead problem-solving and improvement plans
Perform dimensional inspections using CMM machines and Poly Works software
Accurately interpret complex technical mechanical drawings
Train staff on quality procedures and standards
Requirements   Technical degree (Mechanical Engineering or similar)
Solid experience in a similar role within the automotive sector
In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality standards
Strong skills in reading and interpreting mechanical technical drawings
Proficiency in the use of measuring tools and CMM (Mitutoyo with Poly Works software)
Knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, 5

Very good in English, written and spoken
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standards
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
