K-Way - Merchandiser Collection Specialist

We’re looking for a  Merchandiser Collection Specialist  to join K-Way’s merchandising team. Reporting directly to the Merchandising Manager, this role will be responsible for driving the planning, development, and execution of seasonal collections, ensuring that product assortments reflect brand strategy, market needs, and business objectives.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

3–4 years of experience in collection merchandising or retail merchandising, ideally in ready-to-wear premium or outerwear sectors.

Academic background in Economics (or related field).

Strong sensitivity to brand identity, product aesthetics, fashion trends, and customer behavior.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships.

High-energy, proactive, and team-oriented professional.
