Travel Planning Specialist

German-Speaking Customer Service Representative | Remote in Turkey

Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, car rentals, and visa processes
• Communicating effectively with service providers to resolve issues and complaints related to travel, accommodation, or transportation
• Managing internal notifications regarding travel arrangements and keeping relevant stakeholders regularly informed
• Responding to complaints and issues encountered during travel to ensure high levels of satisfaction and efficiency
• Maintaining detailed records of all travel-related expenses, bookings, and confirmations
• Continuously improving processes by following current trends in the travel industry to ensure cost-effectiveness and convenience

Qualifications

• Experience in the tourism or travel agency industry, or hands‑on experience working closely with travel service providers
• Strong knowledge of operational processes within the accommodation and transportation sectors
• Excellent command of English (B2 level or above) is a must
• Experience in travel planning, particularly focused on corporate or business travel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
