At Panera Tech, we are looking for a Junior Radar Data Analyst to support our commissioning IoT sensors, data evaluation and reporting processes. This role involves commissioning radar sensors, analyzing radar-based data sets to deliver high-quality insights and actionable results to our clients.

The candidate must fully understand that this is an Operations job. It is not a research and development position. They will not be responsible for developing new methods and codes.

Training will be provided to educate the new hire on how to do commissioning and analyze the data following protocols and having a physical understanding of the systems. Applying problem-solving reasoning to obtain the best quality results will be done every day.

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Physics Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or Statistics.
• 2-3 years of experience in technical environments.
• Statistical approach and programming skills are preferred.
• Interest in signal processing, electromagnetic/RF theory, and radar systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management principles.
• Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven mindset.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and time management abilities.
