Overview:
This role supports the full project lifecycle, from pre‑bid through delivery.

• Pre‑bid Guidance: Support in technical discussions with clients, gather requirements, and prepare technical proposals.
• Tendering: Support the technical sections of bidding documents, ensuring solutions meet client requirements and are competitive.
• Post‑bid Clarification: Assist in technical clarifications, client communication, and proposal optimization.
• Testing: Assist with laboratory and on‑site testing, providing technical support.
• Delivery: Collect and clarify client technical requirements and support successful project implementation and delivery.

• Participate in technical client relations, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Collect and analyze market, industry, operator, and competitor information to support solution development and market expansion.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong interest in telecommunications and transmission networks, with a willingness to develop a long‑term career in this field.
• Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing), to be used as the daily working language.
• Quick learner, proactive, responsible, and able to handle a certain level of work pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with major transmission equipment vendors (Huawei, Nokia, ZTE, etc.).
• Solid understanding or hands‑on experience with SDH/WDM/OTN technologies.
