We are looking for a passionate Lead Engineer - R&D (Electronics Design) to join our team at Dishwasher Machine Product Directorate located in Ankara.

• Design, develop and test an embedded electronic control system for dishwashers.
• Create hardware requirements, design documentation, test plans, and other supporting documentation.
• Lead all phases of the hardware development cycle, including requirement capture, design, implementation, prototyping and validation.
• Lead and participate in R&D projects for improving and developing new products.
• Work in a cross-functional team for delivering highly capable electronics solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering (Master's Degree is a plus).
• Having experience with household or similar electrical appliances is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in embedded hardware design (software design is a plus).
• Having experience in motor control system (BLDC is a plus).
• Knowledge of PCB schematic and layout design tools (Altium is a plus).
• Knowledge of power, digital and analog electronic design and component selection.
• Familiar with how to use an oscilloscope, multimeter and other hardware debugging tools.
• Knowledge of C/C++ development environment, compilers, debuggers (Arm-based microcontroller experience is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
