We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer responsible for planning, executing, and troubleshooting electrical and electronic maintenance activities to ensure high equipment efficiency in a production plant. It also includes leading a maintenance team while managing energy efficiency, quality–safety systems, and continuous improvement projects.

• Managing electrical maintenance activities
• Performing and leading planned and preventive maintenance activities to improve overall equipment efficiency
• Minimizing downtime by troubleshooting
• Diagnosing breakdown problems and eliminating losses
• Preparing machines for production according to the production plan
• Coordinating and managing spare parts
• Supporting projects in the areas of efficiency, safety, quality, improvement, etc.
• Following up maintenance processes and documentation
• Leading energy management and creating saving projects
• Implementing activities based on Hero Quality and Food Safety / Health and Safety / Environment Systems

• University degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of plant maintenance experience in the production sector
• At least 3 years of experience on team management
• Good command of English (both speaking & writing)
• Experience and knowledge of MS Office programs and SAP PM module
• Valid driving licence

• Knowledge of electrical/electronic instruments
• Automatic control systems
• PLC programs and software
• Electropneumatic and electromechanical systems
• High voltage, transformers and compensation
• Generators, alternators, diesel engines and batteries
• Communication systems
• Legislation related to TEDAŞ and Telecommunication
• Instrument calibration
