** About this role
** We are looking for a Project Sales Engineer to be assigned to our Ankara Region Office.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Monitor and control financial risks within the sales channels and ensure the achievement of regional targets
* Conduct market and competitor analyses for commercial products in the assigned region
* Recommend and implement actions to increase regional market share
* Develop new customers within the commercial product market
* Create, implement, and supervise sales policies and plans for each sales channel
** Requirements
* ** Experience in sales and marketing of heating systems
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the sales of heating and/or renewable energy systems
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools
* Strong interpersonal skills; proactive and able to guide others
* Active driver
* Strong team player
* Customer-oriented, adaptable, and persuasive
* High sense of responsibility and ownership
