Project Controller

Locations:
Istanbul / Ankara

We are seeking a Project Controller reporting to Project Manager/Controller Manager and PMO, responsible for:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (especially Industrial or Electronic)

Experience:

Telecommunication Operation & Management or relevant work experience is advantage

Skills:

Strong decision-making of in organization, management, planning, communication capability and accountability. Usage of all kind of MS Office applications.

• Monthly project plan accuracy; (Delivery, Revenue, Cost)
• Prepare and maintain accurate schedules & revenue for the completion of project work
• Prepare and maintain material and request
• Identify project documentation
• Monitor performance against the schedules, Monthly daily/PAC reporting
• Identifying risky situation of Monthly planed project deliverables (Delivery, Revenue, and Cost) during execution, alert project owners, find corrective actions and try to solve end of plan.
• Monitor customer and subcontractor order status
• Monitor site closure after delivery completion, Check site inventory, Open SO, Open OM, Back-log PO, Not issued PO, PAC, Revenue Trigger
• Optimize applied workflow/process during project execution according to actual workload
• Adapt project team to use tools for schedule, cost, scope and quality
• Assist project team to get guidance of tools
• Follow up and apply to project, closely new regulation which will be published by Rep Office, Region and HQ

• Prepare the project plan (including the risks and assumptions) and arrange for key members of the project team to review and update the plan.
• Collect the project progress information, ensures consistency with the customer's data, and report the project progress to the stakeholders.
• Analyze the reasons for progress delay and plan non-compliance and formulate counter measures.
• Develop the plan execution management rules for the project team.
