We are a leading manufacturer and solution provider in medium & high-voltage electrical equipment, specializing in Instrument Transformers (CTs, VTs, CVTs) for utility, industrial, and infrastructure projects. We are seeking a dynamic Project & Sales Engineer to manage projects end-to-end while supporting technical sales activities.
Thanks to a large vertical range of manufacture, we achieve a high degree of flexibility in the development and design of our products. We supply the international market with our devices, which are used for secure energy distribution and billing. Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell Instrument Transformers (CT, PT/VT, CVT) to utilities, EPCs, and industrial customers
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents
- Analyze customer specifications, drawings, and standards (IEC / IEEE)
- Support negotiations and contract finalization
- Manage projects from order receipt to FAT and shipment
- Develop project schedules, milestones, and delivery plans
- Coordinate with design, production, quality, logistics, and customer
- Monitor project cost, scope, risks, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and international standards (IEC 61869, etc)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Instrument Transformers or High Voltage Equipment business
- Preferably knowledge of CTs, VTs, design and testing
- Experience in project management and technical sales
- Familiarity with International and local standards (IEC 61869, etc)
- Strong technical and commercial understanding
- Proficiency in MS Office and preferably ERP/CRM systems
- Excellent verbal and written English speaking, German is an asset
- Willingness to travel for customer, and site support
