Short description: We’re seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide installation, calibration, and training for our CMMs. The role involves offering technical hardware support and troubleshooting on-site for customer machines. This is a field role, with up to 50% of autonomous traveling in Turkey (Ankara Region).

• Commission CMM systems (installation and calibration)
• Perform installation, repair, service and calibration
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer machines (onsite)
• Assist with aftermarket activities, including calibration tool shipments, hardware maintenance, spare parts replacement, and warranty related tasks

• At least 1 year of field service experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or related field
• Ability to work independently, maintain a customer-focused approach, and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
• Strong communication skills, ability to express oneself comfortably
• Ability to lift material up to 30kg
• Ability to travel up to 50% nationally
• Living in Ankara or being available to move
• B1 English level and native Turkish
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Class B driving license and active driving experience
